Sharing information with people in same interests may come useful. There may even a chance you can buy a bigger lot and then devide it between 2 or more. If you have any knowledge on building, you can also help each other building a house.
About Building a house
Before building a house you should have at least basic knowledge of how the house is built, what is the process and what things to watch out for. You can save about 30% just by subcontracting the right people (instead of using a contractor). If you can do certain things yourself, like painting, flooring etc - the savings will be even bigger.
You can start with watching a few videos or reading some books. Below we will be listing some that we’ve found very useful.
